We whose names are underwritten, citizens of The United States of America. Do hereby solemnly, and mutually, combine and covenant ourselves together for the Glory of God and to the service of our fellow man in the form of a non-profit corporation, namely - The Sakura Home. We do hereby constitute these by-laws for the ordering, continuation and furtherance of The Sakura Home, with the aim of always providing the highest quality home for those we seek to serve. We do hereby promise all due submission to the laws of the United States of America and the Great State of Missouri, in accordance with providence and hereunder subscribe our names in
